Job Details

This role is tailored for an experienced sales professional with an energetic attitude, integrity, and professionalism. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to work with an existing client base, setting you up for immediate success while growing your portfolio. You’ll collaborate with engineers, operators, and supply chain specialists, benefitting from senior management’s focus on your professional growth and personal development.   • Engage and support existing accounts, explaining our solution offerings, resolving issues, and processing orders.

  • Identify and create new account opportunities, organizing your day to maximize impact.

  • Schedule meetings and deliver presentations on company products and solutions.

  • Maintain a well-developed sales pipeline and update management on activities.

  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers and prospects.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and coordinate with other departments to optimize sales efforts.

  • Experience in industrial sales is necessary; fastener sales experience is preferred.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

  • Ability to travel (road and air) with some overnight stays required.

  • Engineering background or degree is a bonus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation are essential.

  • Proficiency in 2D print reading and Microsoft Office.

  • Self-motivated, energetic attitude, integrity and professionalism

  • Sales minded and customer focused

  • An understanding of resource planning and management

  • A competitive attitude and work ethic

  • Be able to build strong relationships, and work with minimal supervision and drive results independently.
